🧑‍⚕️ What does a CNA do?

• You must know how to examine patients for any signs of injury, such as scrapes and bruises.
• You must know how to bathe and dress your patients.
• You must know how to help your patients get into their wheelchairs, crutches, or beds.
• You must know how to feed them and give them sufficient nourishment that they need.
• You must always keep their environment hygienic by making their beds and changing their sheets.
• You must record their daily activities and keep track of their physical and mental condition. 
• You must assist them when they need to go to the bathroom. 
• You must know how to take their vital signs.

🏥 What does a CNA do in a hospital?

• You need to carry out a variety of medical tasks. You will be required to take temperature readings or pulses, and count the number of heartbeats, among others.
• You will help patients with their daily activities. You can do tasks such as helping them eat, grooming them or helping them into their wheelchairs. 
• You can help with duties that are not related to patient care, such as assisting other medical staff. You can help them by setting up instruments for procedures, or you can clean equipment in between uses.
