2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Practice Test Geeks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.
3. Description of Service
Practice Test Geeks provides online practice tests, study guides, and educational resources for professional certification exams. Our core content is free and supported by advertising. We also offer optional paid upgrades (see Section 4). Our services include but are not limited to:
- Free practice quizzes with instant scoring and detailed explanations
- Full-length exam simulations with timed conditions and domain scoring
- Study guides and informational articles about certification requirements
- Progress tracking for registered users
4. Paid Products & Pricing
Alongside our free content, we offer optional paid upgrades:
- Premium — removes advertising and unlocks the full question banks and exam simulations.
- VIP — includes Premium features plus access to the VIP growth community and courses.
The exact price, what it includes, and the access term (one-time lifetime access, or a short-term plan where offered) are shown clearly on the checkout screen before you complete your purchase. You are charged only the amount displayed, in the currency shown. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, PayPlus, and we accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store your full card details.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Purchases made on Practice Test Geeks are distance-sale transactions under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. You may cancel your purchase and receive a refund as set out below.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of the transaction or of the date you receive the confirmation document, whichever is later. Under the law, persons with a disability, senior citizens, and new immigrants may cancel within four months, provided the transaction included a conversation between the parties (including electronic or online communication).
How to cancel
To cancel, email us at mail@practicetestgeeks.com with your name and order number, or contact us through our Contact Us page. You do not need to give a reason.
Your refund
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, to the original payment method used for the purchase. As permitted by the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010, we may deduct a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 — whichever is lower. If you are cancelling because of a defect, or because the product did not match what was advertised, no cancellation fee applies and you will be refunded in full. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory right you have under the Consumer Protection Law.
6. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Practice Test Geeks. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
7. User Accounts
Certain features of our platform, such as progress tracking and exam history, may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
