Schedule your exam before starting the course to help you better plan your learning schedule.
View each course in several short sessions no longer than 1 hour.
A training schedule of one 1-hour session every other day is ideal. For longer courses, it's suggested that you view the safe serve online course within three weeks.
View the course in a peaceful, noise-free, and distraction-free space. You may also use headphones if you're going to view the course in a busy place.
Download and print the course study guides, and use them to take notes for review.
Finish the course at least two days before your exam date, so you will still have enough time to study and review.
Review your posttest scores. This way, you can identify which course topics you need to develop and review.
Print your scores and Record of Training after finishing the course.
Submit either one or both of these documents to the person who will administer the exam.
