MOS Excel Certification Levels

There is also a Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals credential (MS-900) which includes Excel but is broader. For Excel-specific certification, MO-200 or MO-201 are the targeted options.
Which to choose: If you use Excel daily but not for advanced analysis, MO-200 is appropriate. If you regularly work with complex functions, large datasets, or Power Query/Power Pivot, pursue MO-201. Exam Format — Performance-Based Testing
