The ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy practice exam is an interactive online learning tool that allows you to test your understanding of the key concepts, processes and techniques involved in the Service Strategy stage of the ITIL Lifecycle. It will also allow you to understand how changes implemented in this stage affect the subsequent stages of the process. This exam is available in both online and classroom formats.
The course is based on the Service Strategy publication of the ITIL Library and provides an in-depth look at the critical elements of the Service Portfolio, Demand and Financial Management processes within the service capability model. It also examines the interactions between these processes and with other service management disciplines.
The ITIL v4 framework is in transition, with the Foundation exam for the new version launched in February 2019. Other exams will be released as soon as they are ready, and the new Master certification should be expected sometime next year. During this transition period, Axelos has created an ITIL v3 to v4 bridge certificate that can be used by people who already have ITIL Foundation certification to continue their ITIL career progression without interruption.

The ITIL Intermediate Continual Service Improvement (CSI) certification is the second module in the ITIL intermediate qualification and shows that you have a thorough understanding of how to develop and implement ITIL best practices.
