Who Makes the AMCAT Test?

The AMCAT was developed by Aspiring Minds, an Indian assessments company founded in 2008 by Himanshu Aggarwal and Varun Aggarwal. What Does AMCAT Measure?

The AMCAT assesses three types of abilities:

1. Core Cognitive Aptitude (Mandatory)

AMCAT Scores Explained

Each AMCAT module produces two numbers: a raw score (0–900) and a percentile rank. The percentile rank is what companies actually use — it tells them what percentage of all AMCAT test-takers you outperformed in that module.
