Go to the icon that shows the alarm, it will be the icon where the border around the icon turns red and the inside flashes red. The" A_Trunking" tab at the top of the console will flash also. To clear the alarm, press the "cross" button on that icon and another drop down will appear, click on that to clear the alarm.
