Anyone found good free ARKANSAS study resources besides the obvious ones?
I've already gone through the standard "ARKANSAS" results on Google and most of it is just selling prep courses. Looking for actual free resources.
What I've tried:
- Practice tests here (solid, especially for Arkansas Real Estate License)
- A few YouTube channels but the quality is all over the place
- Reddit threads from 2+ years ago (some outdated)
What I haven't tried yet:
- The official ARKANSAS study guide — is it actually worth reading cover to cover?
- Library resources — anyone actually found useful materials there?
- Specific YouTube channels that cover ARKANSAS exam well
I don't mind paying for something that's genuinely better than free, but I want to max out free options first. Budget is tight.
What resources did you use that you'd actually recommend?
Worth mentioning: the free arkansas real estate license arec licensing and regulations covers exactly the areas people tend to struggle with most.
Failed my first attempt, came back to this thread for motivation. The advice about really understanding why wrong answers are wrong — not just memorizing the right ones — is the single best piece of advice I've seen for the arkansas-real-estate-license. Rebuilding my prep around that principle now. Using arkansas real estate license for the concept review.
Coming back to this thread because I just passed my arkansas-real-estate-license yesterday. Everything people said about the study guide section is spot on — that was the hardest part for me too. For anyone still studying, don't skip the applied questions in the free arkansas real estate license real estate contracts questions and answers. They're the closest to what you'll actually see.
Quick update for this thread: just cleared 84% on my most recent arkansas-real-estate-license practice set. The free arkansas real estate license real estate contracts questions and answers has been my main resource and the difficulty feels right — not easy enough to give false confidence, not so hard it's discouraging. Sitting for the real thing in 3 weeks.
Quick update since this thread helped me last week. I've been grinding practice tests for about two weeks now and just hit 84% on a full run, up from like 61% when I started, so it's finally clicking. The contracts section was killing me at first. This set is what turned it around for me: free arkansas real estate license real estate contracts. I didn't realize how many of my misses were just contract terms I wasn't reading carefully.
I'm planning to sit the real exam in about three weeks. Honestly the free stuff here got me further than the one paid course I tried, which I won't name. If you're stuck, keep retaking the same sets until you stop missing the same questions. That's the whole trick for me. Good luck, you got this.
