Anyone found good free ARIZONA study resources besides the obvious ones?

Went through this exact question when I was prepping. The ARIZONA material on "how to become a real estate agent in arizona" is actually not as bad as it looks — once it clicks it clicks.

What helped me was finding one resource that explained it from first principles instead of just giving me the "right answer." Made a huge difference on the scenario-based questions.

Coming back to this thread — just passed my arizona-real-estate-license yesterday. Everything about the arizona-real-estate-license practice test section is accurate. For anyone still studying, the arizona real estate license property valuation and appraisal was the closest thing to the real exam I found.

Honestly the thing that helped me most was just accepting I wasn't gonna sit down for 3 hour study marathons. I work full time and have kids, so I did the practice tests on my phone during lunch breaks and while waiting in the school pickup line. Ten, fifteen minutes here and there. It adds up way faster than you'd think. The repetition is what actually made the legal terms and the math stuff stick for me, not cramming.

One thing I'd say is don't sleep on the free practice questions just because they're free. I kept retaking the ones I bombed until I stopped missing them, and that's basically how I figured out which topics I actually didn't know versus the ones I just felt shaky on. I also kept a little notes file on my phone for the stuff I kept forgetting and reread it before bed.
