What the SHRM Exam Covers

Organization Knowledge Domain
The Organization domain addresses organizational effectiveness, structure, and change management. Topics include organizational design models, culture assessment tools, workforce analytics, and the management of organizational transformation. SHRM-SCP candidates face more complex questions requiring strategic analysis of organizational systems.
Workplace and Strategy Domains
The Workplace domain covers HR in the context of risk management, employment law compliance, labor relations, technology, and data security.
