The Nurse Executive Test 2025 is a nursing exam designed for nurse leaders. It measures the knowledge, skills, and competency of nurse leaders. The exam covers the competencies of communication and relationship building; knowledge of the healthcare environment; professionalism, and business skills.

The exam consists of 150 scored questions and 25 unscored pretest questions. The exam is administered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
