NAEP, known as 'The Nation's Report Card,' is a federally administered assessment measuring student academic achievement in subjects such as Reading, Mathematics, Civics, U.S. History, and Geography at grades 4, 8, and 12. Results are reported using Achievement Levels: Basic, Proficient, and Advanced.
