MAAP Assessment
The Mississippi Academic Assessment Program (MAAP) is Mississippi's statewide academic assessment for grades 3-8 and end-of-course exams (Algebra I, Geometry, Biology, English II). It measures student mastery in English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies against Mississippi College- and Career-Readiness Standards, with five performance levels: Minimal, Basic, Passing, Proficient, and Advanced.
