An author's primary creative output is a book; a composer's primary creative output is a symphony.
2. Which of the four options is a rotation of the target 3D object, which is a rectangular block with one corner cut off at an angle?
The correct answer is the only option that is structurally identical to the target object. The other options are incorrect because they are either mirror images (a different corner is cut) or the cut is made on an edge instead of a corner, fundamentally changing the shape.
3. A car and a truck start from the same point at the same time in opposite directions. The car travels at 70 km/h and the truck at 50 km/h. How far apart are they after 3 hours?
Combined speed (moving apart) = 70+50=120 km/h. Distance after 3 hours = 120×3=360 km.
4. Find the missing term: 81, 27, 9, ?, 1
Each term is divided by 3: 81÷3=27, 27÷3=9, 9÷3=3, 3÷3=1.
5. A clock shows 3:00. What angle is formed between the hour hand and minute hand?
At 3:00 the minute hand points to 12 (top) and the hour hand points to 3 (right). The angle between them is exactly 90°.
