Is the ISCET exam different depending on which state you take it in?

Great discussion. One thing nobody mentions: sleep the night before matters more than one more study session. Went in fully rested for my ISCET and felt sharper than expected.

Honestly the materials are standardized, ISCET is a national cert so the actual test isn't going to change just because you cross a state line. Just passed mine last month so I can actually answer this. The ISCET is nationally standardized, so it doesn't matter which state you're in when you sit for it. Same test, same content, same passing score. What tripped me up wasn't the state thing at all, it was the electronic components and circuit analysis section — I underestimated how deep it went. So you don't need to change your prep based on where you're relocating. Just keep going with what you've been doing and make sure that circuits section is locked in before test day.
