CCT vs other certs in this field — is it worth it salary-wise?

I finished my CCT last spring while working full-time in an HVAC shop, so I get the struggle. Honestly the hardest part wasn't the material, it was just finding the time. I'd squeeze in 30-40 minutes during lunch or right after the kids went to bed.
