Anyone else studying for CALL in the next month? Want to study together
Taking my Call Center exam in 6 weeks and trying to find people at a similar stage to keep each other accountable.
I study better when I have someone to compare notes with. Currently going through "call center" and working on my weak areas — specifically around caller center.
My schedule: 90 min of focused study every weekday, full practice test on weekends. I review every wrong answer and try to understand the why, not just memorize the right option.
If you're in a similar prep window and want to:
- Compare practice test scores weekly
- Share resources that actually helped
- Talk through confusing questions
Reply here or message me. Doesn't have to be formal — even just checking in once a week helps me stay on track.
Where is everyone at in their prep?
Passed CALL 8 months ago. Happy to share what I remember.
On the "center call center" stuff specifically — I found the practice tests here were actually harder than the real exam on those questions. Which was great because going in I felt more prepared than I needed to be.
The time pressure is real though. I came in with maybe 8 minutes to spare and that was after skipping the ones I wasn't sure about and coming back.
Don't try to cram the night before. Seriously. Last-minute stress makes you second-guess things you actually know.

The advice about understanding why wrong answers are wrong — not just memorizing right ones — is genuinely the best call-center advice in this thread. Rebuilt my prep around that and it made a real difference.
Quick update: just cleared 92% on my most recent call-center practice set using call center practice test pdf. Sitting for the real thing in 3 weeks. Feeling cautiously optimistic.
