Certified Retail Tobacconist (CRT)
The CRT certification, administered by Tobacconist University, tests retail tobacco professionals on cigar and tobacco product knowledge, humidor management, accoutrements, sensory evaluation, and retail service skills. Candidates must score 90% or higher on the 100-question final exam and have a minimum of 500 hours of retail experience.
