CPTD Certified Professional in Talent Development Exam
The CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) exam is a 180-question, computer-based, proctored certification test administered by ATD (Association for Talent Development) via Pearson VUE. Candidates have 3 hours to complete the exam. It covers three domains: Building Personal Capability (20%), Developing Professional Capability (45%), and Impacting Organizational Capability (35%). Scores are reported on a 200–800 scale; a score of 500 or higher is required to pass. The exam is designed for talent development professionals with at least 5 years of experience.
