Public Speaking & Communication Confidence

Public speaking anxiety isn't a personality flaw — it's a trainable skill gap. This course treats it that way: concrete techniques for calming pre-talk nerves, a repeatable structure for organizing any talk so an audience can follow it, specific vocal and body-language adjustments that make you sound and look confident even when you don't feel it yet, and the skills that matter most day-to-day — holding your own in a meeting, fielding a tough question, and speaking well with zero preparation.
Across eight lessons in three topics you'll learn the physiology of stage fright and how to work with it instead of against it, a simple three-part structure that works for almost any talk, how pacing and pausing do more for your delivery than any script ever will, how to read and use body language on both sides of the room, a repeatable method for answering hard questions under pressure, how to be heard and taken seriously in meetings without dominating them, and how deliberate practice — not raw talent — is what separates confident speakers from nervous ones.
Every lesson ends with a short flashcard set and a Quick Check quiz, and a final exam ties the whole system together.
