Habits & Becoming Your Best Self

Most people try to change their life by setting bigger goals and pushing harder — and most people quit within a few weeks. This course takes a different approach: instead of relying on raw willpower or motivation, you'll learn the actual mechanics of how habits form and how lasting identity change happens, so you can redesign your environment and routines to make the right behavior the easy behavior.
You'll start with the four-part habit loop (cue, craving, response, reward) and the 2-minute rule for starting new habits without burning out. From there, the course moves into identity-based change — why believing "I am someone who studies consistently" outlasts any single goal — and the practical difference between waiting for motivation and building discipline that works on the days motivation doesn't show up. The course closes with the single most important skill for long-term consistency: how to handle an inevitable setback without letting one missed day turn into a permanently abandoned habit.
Each lesson pairs the original material with new flashcard-style key terms and a short comprehension quiz, and the course ends with a full final exam covering everything from the habit loop to the "never miss twice" rule.
