COMSAE Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Self-Assessment Exam

The COMSAE (Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Self-Assessment Examination) is developed by the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners (NBOME) as a formative self-assessment tool for osteopathic medical students preparing for COMLEX-USA Level examinations. It covers Osteopathic Principles and Practice (OPP), all major organ systems including musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, nervous, respiratory, gastrointestinal, endocrine, reproductive, and renal systems, as well as pharmacology and microbiology.
