CAC – Certified Associate Constructor (AIC Level I)
The Certified Associate Constructor (CAC) exam is administered by the American Institute of Constructors (AIC). It consists of 300 multiple-choice questions across 10 content areas, given in two 4-hour sessions on a single day, with a 70% passing score required.
