CASAS — CASAS (Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment System) is a criterion-referenced assessment system administered by the CASAS organization and used by adult education programs across the U.S. (funded under WIOA Title II) to measure functional competency in reading, math, listening, and writing across real-life contexts including employment, health, consumer economics, and civic participation; this original practice set mirrors the format, difficulty, and competency domains of the CASAS Life Skills and GOALS series at the NRS Educational Functioning Levels 3–6.
