You are shown: A=6, B=A+3, C=B×2. What is C?
Answer: 18
B = 6 + 3 = 9, then C = 9 × 2 = 18.
Memorize: X=30, Y=X÷5, Z=Y+X. What is Z?
Answer: 36
Y = 30 ÷ 5 = 6, then Z = 6 + 30 = 36.
Given D=7, E=3, F=D×E-D. What is F?
Answer: 14
D × E = 21, then F = 21 - 7 = 14.
A problem presents: P=50, Q=P÷10, R=Q×Q. What is R?
Answer: 25
Q = 50 ÷ 10 = 5, then R = 5 × 5 = 25.
If N=12, M=N-4, L=M+N, what is L?
Answer: 20
M = 12 - 4 = 8, then L = 8 + 12 = 20.
Variables: H=9, I=2, J=H×I+I. What is J?
Answer: 20
H × I = 18, then J = 18 + 2 = 20.
Given W=40, V=W÷8, U=V×3. What is U+V?
Answer: 20
V = 40 ÷ 8 = 5, U = 5 × 3 = 15, U + V = 20.
