Question 1 of 29👑 VIP

A driver ran a red light and struck a cyclist who was crossing lawfully in the intersection. The cyclist suffered a broken leg. At trial, the driver argues that the cyclist was also negligent because the cyclist was wearing dark clothing at dusk, which made him harder to see. The jurisdiction follows pure comparative fault. The jury finds the driver 80% at fault and the cyclist 20% at fault. The cyclist's total damages are $100,000. How much may the cyclist recover?
