VCE — The Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) is administered by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) and comprises unit-based studies in Years 11–12; end-of-year examinations for Units 3 & 4 are typically 1.5–3 hours per subject with multiple-choice and extended-response sections, and results are used to calculate the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR).
