Virginia Bar VIP Certification Practice Exam

VA Bar — The Virginia Bar Exam is administered by the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners and consists of a two-day examination: Day 1 covers the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE, 6 essays) and Multistate Performance Test (MPT, 2 tasks); Day 2 covers the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE, 200 multiple-choice questions over 6 hours). Virginia has not adopted the UBE and maintains Virginia-specific essay questions testing Virginia substantive and procedural law. The passing scaled score is approximately 133 on a 266-point scale.
