TN Bar — The Tennessee Bar Exam is administered by the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners and uses the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) format adopted in July 2020; it consists of the MBE (200 multiple-choice questions), MEE (6 essays), and MPT (2 performance tasks), with a minimum passing scaled score of 266 out of 400.
