TAPAS VIP Practice Exam: Tailored Adaptive Personality Assessment System

TAPAS — The TAPAS (Tailored Adaptive Personality Assessment System) is a computer-adaptive, forced-choice personality assessment developed by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory and used by the Department of Defense during military enlistment and accession to measure personality traits (e.g., achievement, emotional stability, dominance, nondelinquency, teamwork) that predict military job performance and occupational fit; it does not have a traditional pass/fail threshold — scores are used holistically for MOS classification decisions alongside the ASVAB.
