SPI Synthetic Personality Inventory Test

The SPI (Synthetic Personality Inventory) is a pre-employment aptitude and personality assessment widely used in Japan and internationally. It consists of two main parts: an ability test (verbal reasoning ~25 min and non-verbal/numerical reasoning ~35 min) and a personality section (~300 items in ~30 min). The ability test evaluates language comprehension, vocabulary, logical thinking, and numerical problem-solving. The personality section measures the Big-5 dimensions (openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, emotional stability) plus work-style preferences. Scores are used by employers in talent acquisition, placement, and career development decisions.
