SMARTSERVE VIP Certification Exam

SMARTSERVE — SMARTSERVE is a mandatory responsible alcohol service certification program administered by the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) on behalf of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO); the real certification exam consists of 40 questions and requires a score of 80% or higher to pass, and is required for all staff who serve, sell, or handle alcohol in Ontario licensed establishments.
