SCS — The Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) credential is issued by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS), a specialty board of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). The real SCS exam consists of 200 multiple-choice questions administered over 4 hours, covering domains including musculoskeletal examination, diagnosis, intervention, prevention and wellness, medical screening, pharmacology, and emergency care.
