PTCB — The Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE) is administered by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB); it consists of 90 questions (80 scored, 10 unscored pretest items) with a 110-minute time limit, scored on a 1000–1600 scale with a passing score of 1400, covering four domains: Medications (40%), Federal Requirements (12.5%), Patient Safety & Quality Assurance (26.25%), and Order Entry & Processing (21.25%).
