PrepL — The PrepL (Preparation for Licensing) exam is administered by Humber College on behalf of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) as a prerequisite for registering as a real estate salesperson in Ontario under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA). The real exam consists of approximately 40 multiple-choice questions with a 75-minute time limit and a 75% passing threshold.
