Predictive Index PI Cognitive Assessment
The Predictive Index (PI) Cognitive Assessment is a 12-minute timed aptitude test consisting of 50 questions across verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning. It measures general mental ability (GMA) and is used by employers to predict a candidate's capacity to learn, adapt, and succeed on the job. Scores are reported on a scaled range of 100–450 compared against a norm group of over 288,000 test takers.
