PPC — The Patent Paralegal Certification (PPC) is offered by the National Association of Patent Practitioners (NAPP); it is a written examination testing knowledge of USPTO Rules of Practice (37 CFR Parts 1 and 41), patent prosecution procedures, claims, PCT practice, maintenance fees, docketing, and legal ethics for patent paralegals.
