P&G Procter & Gamble Assessment Test

The P&G Assessment Test is a multi-stage online hiring evaluation used by Procter & Gamble to screen candidates. It includes the Interactive Assessment (gamified cognitive challenges: Digit, Grid, and Switch), the PEAK Performance Assessment (64 situational judgment and personality questions), and an in-person Global Reasoning Test (GRT) of 40 multiple-choice questions across numerical, logical, and figural reasoning — timed at 65 minutes. A score of 75% (30/40) is required to pass the GRT.
