Patent Bar Exam Practice Test — The USPTO Registration Examination (Patent Bar Exam) is administered by the United States Patent and Trademark Office; it consists of 100 multiple-choice questions over 6 hours (two 3-hour sessions) with a 70% passing threshold, testing knowledge of patent law and USPTO practice and procedure as governed by Title 35 U.S.C., 37 C.F.R., and the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP).
