Physical Agent Modalities (PAM) Practitioner Credentialing Examination

The PAM certification exam assesses occupational therapists' and occupational therapy assistants' knowledge of the safe and efficacious use of physical agent modalities, including thermal agents, electrotherapy, ultrasound, light/laser therapy, and mechanical modalities. Candidates must demonstrate competency in therapeutic application, contraindications, precautions, and regulatory standards.
