OTR VIP Certification Exam — Occupational Therapist Registered

OTR — The OTR certification exam is administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). It consists of 200 items (170 scored + 30 unscored pretest) delivered over 4 hours via computer-based testing, with a passing scaled score of 450 on a 300–600 scale. Content is organized across five domains: Acquiring Information, Formulating Conclusions, Selecting and Implementing Interventions, Managing OT Services, and Directing OT Services.
