OLSAT — The Otis-Lennon School Ability Test (OLSAT), 8th Edition, published by Pearson Education, is a norm-referenced cognitive abilities assessment used for gifted program identification in grades K–12; Level G targets grades 9–12 with 72 items in 60 minutes and no traditional pass/fail cutoff — scores are reported as percentile ranks and stanines against national norms, with many gifted programs requiring the 75th percentile or higher.
