OLERE — The OLERE (Oklahoma Legal and Ethical Responsibilities Exam) is a state-specific component of the Oklahoma real estate licensing examination administered by PSI on behalf of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC), testing knowledge of Oklahoma license law (Title 59, Oklahoma Statutes), agency duties, fair housing compliance, ethical responsibilities, and trust fund management required of all Oklahoma real estate licensees.
