Oregon Inspector Certification (OIC) VIP Practice Exam

OIC — The Oregon Inspector Certification is issued by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB). Candidates must pass the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE), a 200-question, 4-hour exam administered by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors (EBPHI), with a passing scaled score of approximately 500 on an 800-point scale. Oregon additionally requires 40 hours of approved pre-licensing education and supervised field experience.
