NYS Notary Public VIP Practice Exam II

NYS — The New York State Notary Public examination is administered by the NYS Department of State, Division of Licensing Services; it consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, a 60-minute time limit, and a 70% passing score, testing knowledge of the Notary Public Law (Executive Law Article 6), Real Property Law, Domestic Relations Law, Banking Law, and Public Officers Law.
