Answer: $47,750
$120,000 − $43,500 − $28,750 = $47,750.
A pump discharges water at 300 gpm. How many gallons does it discharge in 1 hour and 45 minutes?
Answer: 31,500 gallons
1 hr 45 min = 105 minutes; 300 × 105 = 31,500 gallons.
