NBOME COMLEX-USA Level 1 VIP Practice Exam

NBOME — The NBOME (National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners) administers the COMLEX-USA series (Level 1, 2-CE, and 3), the primary licensing examination for osteopathic medical students in the United States; COMLEX-USA Level 1 consists of 400 questions administered over two 4-hour blocks, with a passing score of 400 on a 200–800 scale, and uniquely includes Osteopathic Principles and Practice (OPP/OMT) questions not found on the USMLE.
