NAR Code of Ethics & Professional Standards VIP Exam
NAR — This exam mirrors the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Code of Ethics training and competency assessment, which all REALTORS® must complete every three years per NAR policy. The training covers all 17 Articles of the Code of Ethics organized into three duty categories: Duties to Clients and Customers (Articles 1–9), Duties to the Public (Articles 10–14), and Duties to REALTORS® (Articles 15–17). No single nationally standardized timed exam exists; training is delivered through NAR-approved providers and typically requires a passing score of 70–80%.
