NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) VIP Practice Exam

NALA — The NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) exam — formerly the Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) — is administered by the National Association of Legal Assistants and covers five core competency areas: Communications, Ethics, Legal Research, Judgment & Analytical Ability, and Human Relations, plus substantive law sections (Civil Litigation, Contracts, Business Organizations, Wills/Trusts/Estates, Criminal Law, and Real Property). Candidates must score at least 70% on each section to pass.
