In Microsoft Outlook, what is the difference between 'Reply' and 'Reply All'?
Answer: Reply sends only to the original sender; Reply All sends to the original sender and all other recipients
Reply addresses your response only to the person who sent the email, while Reply All sends your response to the sender and every other person who received the original message.
In Outlook, what does the 'CC' field in an email message stand for and how is it used?
Answer: Carbon Copy — sends a copy to additional recipients who are not the primary addressees
CC (Carbon Copy) sends a copy of the email to secondary recipients, and all recipients can see everyone in the CC field.
